Individual Training Plans

What it’s all about! Get an individualized training plan on a weekly basis.

This plan is available to athletes located anywhere. Most or all communication occurs virtually through TrainingPeaks, email, text, and video conferencing.

Coach Christine focuses first on getting to know people individually, including their goals, motivation, strengths, and growth areas. She creates individualized plans to help people reach their goals and provides significant support and feedback at every level. Christine incorporates all aspects of fitness and wellbeing in her coaching, including mental performance, fueling, sleep, work-life balance, and recovery, in addition to providing swim, bike, run, and strength workouts.

With a Ph.D. in chemistry and almost 20 years as a scientific researcher, Christine uses a scientific approach to training that is based on athlete data and the latest research on endurance sports. She balances this with overall wellness to ensure that her athletes are physically and mentally fit and ready to race.

Coach Christine is ready to work with all types of age group athletes, including seasoned triathletes as well as people new to athletics or triathlon.
